Chiffon cake soaked with three milks and rum extract. This time I filled it with strawberry mousse, whipped cream, strawberries and mangoes, since that is what I had on hand.

I like making things out of fruit! This flower is made from mango, kiwi and raspberries, and is set in a sea of blueberries. The cake is a Tres Leches: chiffon cake soaked with three milks (whole, evaporated and condensed), filled with a mascarpone cream and almond extract filling with berries, and frosted with the mascarpone cream (mascarpone, cream cheese, whipped cream and almond extract). Mouthful of deliciousness.
